Membership Terms & Conditions
A one-year membership commitment is required. After the initial 12-month term, membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled. Membership cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.

If membership is cancelled, terminated, or payments are stopped prior to completing the initial one-year commitment, the member will be responsible for the difference between the discounted membership pricing received and the standard retail value of services and treatments rendered.
