MYNT Aesthetics Policies

Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following: 

Performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our medical staff. If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another service or products that are available at our store.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services. Funds can be reallocated to a MYNT Aesthetics store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of different services offered at MYNT Aesthetics.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final.

There are no refunds on Gift Cards. Gift Cards must be presented at time of purchase.

No Show Policy

At MYNT Aesthetics, we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation of an appointment. Any appointment that is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time OR any no show is subject to a:

  • $50 charge for appointments booked under 1 hour

We respect our provider's time and have clients on a wait list that we work hard to accommodate should we have a last minute cancellation. However, we need at least 24 hours to be able to accommodate our guests on our wait list.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation and no-show policy.
